Church Ordinances
Baptism Calvary Chapel Sun City believes in believer’s water baptism by immersion. Several baptisms are scheduled each year. These are joyous occasions for the entire church family, celebrated with worship, fellowship and a meal, pot-luck style.
Communion Calvary Chapel Sun City observes communion on the first Sunday of every quarter and the first Wednesday of every month. Please join us at the Lord’s table to remember and rejoice in the supreme sacrifice that Jesus made for our salvation.

Ministries

Bible study is offered for the men at Calvary on Tuesdays at 6:30am and 6:30pm. The men also meet monthly on Saturday mornings for a time of worship, fellowship and breakfast. Special retreats and conferences are also scheduled through out the year.
Bible study is offered for women on Thursdays at 9:30am or 6:30pm. The women’s ministry also hosts special events throughout the year: retreats, conferences and Christmas Dinner.
Ministry for young adults (ages 18-35) that meets for fellowship, worship and Bible study every other Tuesday at 7pm. Special events and hangouts are also planned throughout the year. This ministry is open to college students, working adults, singles and married couples.
Ministry for middle school and high school students that meets on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. Students gather for a time of worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship and fun. Various outreaches, events, camps and retreats are scheduled throughout the year.
Ministry for children from nursery to 5th grade is provided at Calvary Chapel Sun City. Our highest priority is to see children receive salvation and grow in the Lord Jesus Christ. A team of committed, loving individuals assemble at each service to minister to children at their own level as adults worship in the sanctuary. Sunday services (9am and 11am) – nursery thru 5th grade. Wednesday evening service (7pm) – Pre-K – 5th grade.
